They were amazing, the team there was so accommodating and kind especially considering I had no appointment. They were able to repair my vehicle and they really went above and beyond. Haven’t had much experience yet. but so far I’m a satisfied customer. I had an appointment today and everything went smoothly. They took my car in on time, were very courteous and professional. They fixed the problem in a short period of time and I was on my way. Had a great chat with Ryan in the sales department about customizing my new Explorer, who took time away from his work, even though Sam was my salesman. So far all my interactions with this dealership have been very positive from aales to parts and now service.
