What customers say about used cars draper
We flew in from out of town to purchase a used vehicle and drive it home 1500 miles. Everything was exactly as they said it would be. It was an excellent experience. We worked with Justin, Marcus, and Sam and they all were excellent.
I was looking at buying a well used truck from Karl Malone but I live in Arizona so I wanted to get as much information as possible. I spoke with Marcus in sales. He explained this particular truck was as-is and unreconditioned due to it's high miles. He then sent me detailed videos and pulled codes. He was incredibly upfront about the condition of the truck. If you're looking to buy remotely Marcus is the sales guy to talk to.
I had an exceptional experience here. I worked with George to purchased a used Tesla. He was kind, thoughtful, funny, relatable, and worked to help me with my needs not some sales incentive. The finance manager was great as well, These are good people here. This is where you want to purchase a vehicle.
First time here and Sana Pua made everything super easy. The service was top tier, and I really appreciated how quick they got us into a car! The dealership was clean and they had great quality cars too, which made my decision simple! Estaban was also a huge help! Thank you all for your quick and efficient work!
Karl Malone Ford service consistently delivers excellent service, on time, and the job is done right the fist time. That is for my Lincoln Navigator - they just know Ford (and Lincoln) cars and what needs to be done. The pricing is also always reasonable and explained ahead of time.
