Got us right in, diagnosed the problem and got it fixed in a timely manner.

Almost everything was perfect at this visit to Karl Malone. The only item that needed attention was gratiously acknowledged and handled immediately. The experience itself was a pure pleasure!

As soon as we parked, Sam was waiting to greet us with a handshake and a friendly smile. He took the time to listen to our needs and we were able to test drive a variety of vehicles. Sam was extremely courteous and professional throughout the whole process and made sure that everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Sam and buying a vehicle at Karl Malone Ford in Park City.

The team here at the former, friendly Crandall's came through for my mother when she needed to update her truck after it was starting to become troublesome. Trevor Feldkircher was her patient, communicative, and very kind sales rep who worked with the other departments to coordinate the trade and numbers, making the entire process go smoothly. He also answered her questions thoughtfully and carefully with her needs in mind, making recommendations around these factors. It was a positive experience overall that actually had no pressure and put her at ease. Thanks for taking care of her!

If you are ever looking at purchasing from a Ford dealership, this is the place to go! I went up there to test drive and look over a few trucks for a friend that is working out of state, Dre and George were very helpful in the process and answered any questions/concerns that me and my friend had! 10/10, would recommend buying a vehicle from them!
