We had the most wonderful opportunity to celebrate my son's special day at Karl Malone Park City Ford and Chevy dealer. We met George Sr. and his son George Jr. They were the most kind and welcoming individuals. They patiently and kindly took my 2 and 4 year old around the shop, allowed them to see, sit in, and drive some super fun cars. We were greeted with snacks and toys, and they even sang happy birthday to us! The service here is unmatched! George was the nicest, and most genuine person. We are feeling so grateful and special that we got picked to spend the day here. I would most definitely recommend coming here if you're wanting great service, and we will forever be loyal customers. I recently walked into Carl Malone Ford and enjoyed working with Dre. I made it clear from the start that I didn’t want to haggle. I just wanted a Ford F-350 long bed with adaptive cruise control and blind spot monitoring. Within two minutes, Drew confidently said, “Come on,” and walked me straight to the lot where the perfect truck awaited. It was beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. I was so impressed with how smoothly and professionally everything was handled. I left a deposit and returned two days later—my truck was ready and immaculate. Derek, who is in finance, was also incredible, fair, professional, and a fellow veteran, which meant a lot to me. I truly appreciate working with people who understand that bond. Recently, I had my 2022 Ford Bronco Badlands in for a damaged front differential. Lucy went above and beyond to explore all of the options with me, especially since a warranty claim was off the table. If I had a question she couldn’t immediately answer, she made the effort to track it down—something I really appreciated. In the end, I chose to replace the differential myself with an aftermarket unit, but I had Lucy’s team take care of some general maintenance before bringing it home to finish the job. I’m a GM guy who ended up with a Ford because the Bronco was just too cool to pass up. After trying dealerships in Tooele and West Valley, I’ve finally found my go-to Ford dealer.
