Could be better. Like going to the dentist. Painful. A few adjustments could create a more rewarding experience and build confidence in Ford vehicles. As far as I can tell work was efficient. Although time will tell. Expensive as is everything these days. I take good care of my vehicles. They should last longer. Parts are faulty or cheap and fail. The staff is nice and friendly. The waiting room could be more attractive and friendly, remember dealership, this is your front cover! I can't see how that sells new vehicles. Ford needs to spend less time on Raptor and more time on Rapture, if they want to go to Heaven.

I had a good experience! I found exactly the truck I wanted but without any dealer selling pressure. Marcus Johnson was good to deal with. He provided the info I need and was listening to what I need and wasn’t trying sell me something I didn’t want or need. He was knowledgeable of the details of each of the vehicles we were considering. It was a relaxed and honest experience without any hype. Thanks!

Great experience with the Karl Malone team and specifically with Marvin! Got me in and out in two hours with a new Bronco Sport. And the service team works on my Expedition and they are fantastic as well.
