Always great service.

We flew in from out of town to purchase a used vehicle and drive it home 1500 miles. Everything was exactly as they said it would be. It was an excellent experience. We worked with Justin, Marcus, and Sam and they all were excellent.

I felt this time, I was heard. Ford payed attention to an old granny, who just happens to have an F1150 truck. I felt this time my words and my lists were noticed. Thank you to the Ford Service Manager for paying attention and taking care of me. Thank youk Roberto! I also want to thank JJ in sales, "this may bring me in to buy another Ford!" And thank you for the loaner vehicle, it was fun to drive. Thank you so much for taking care of my truck. I love my truck. I want to keep it and put another 47k miles on it and have fun doing it. Low milage 2018 F150 Platinum. Love the massage seats!
