Drove to KM Park City from Rapid City to pick up my truck. Sales and finance folks are kind, considerate, and worked for my business. I took a risk driving 650 miles to get the truck outfitted and priced to my expectations. I appreciate my Sales staff Sam, and finance staff Esteban and Derrick. I recently purchased a Tesla Model S from Karl Malone Ford in Park City. The overall experience of buying my first vehicle from a dealership has been extremely positive. Sam was absolutely incredible throughout the purchase process. I'm not sure what would have happened without his help. He made the whole process seamless and took the time to walk me through every detail, which made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Esteban was also great. He walked me through all the paperwork and then took the time to walk me through the car and make sure everything was properly set up on the Tesla. The only reason this is a 4 star review is because I'm currently waiting on a $1,000 deposit to be refunded. Once that's back in my account, I'll be updating this to 5 stars!
