My Escape was serviced today at the dealership. Love the valet service and the bill was very affordable. The added bonus is supporting a local business.

Extremely happy with everything from the dealership to service. Dylan and Omar guided me to a vehicle I'm thrilled with. Esteban made the purchase process clear and low pressure for this female shopping alone. And Lucy is just the absolute best in service taking care of me quickly, offering a wealth of information, and communicating clearly about schedule and process every step of the way. Can't say enough good things about the team at Karl Malone in Park City.

Lucy (Service Dept) didn't know this at the time, but how she handled a situation this week was the determining factor as to whether I'd be on the hunt for a new service department or not; her actions preserved a local customer this week.  A few months back a relatively small mistake while in for service led to an issue that just recently surfaced. Lucy took accountability for the department's mistake (without me even pushing for it) and resolved the issue, something that Burt Brothers repeated failed to due for me and ultimately led to my finding a new local service shop, which will continue to be PC Karl Malone Ford.  Thank you to Lucy for her excellent service.

My vehicle broke down near Karl Malone Ford and I was able to get it to the service department. They were amazing, the team there was so accommodating and kind especially considering I had no appointment. They were able to repair my vehicle and they really went above and beyond. Kyle and the girl at the front desks were both fantastic. This is by far the best Ford service department I have been to. Thank you again!

Karl Malone Ford service consistently delivers excellent service, on time, and the job is done right the fist time. That is for my Lincoln Navigator - they just know Ford (and Lincoln) cars and what needs to be done. The pricing is also always reasonable and explained ahead of time.

Great service and very fast! Only reason I didn't give a 5 star is that they didn't have a part.

An alert on our vehicle has been coming up for over a year; we have had difficulty pin pointing the problem because we live far away from a dealer; sometimes the system has cleared the alerts by the time we get it in. Another time the alert on the parking brake, which was also affecting the cruise control, actually caused the parking brake to lock up. Rather than having our vehicle towed to the dealership, we disconnected the fuse & drove it there, but this deleted the alerts from the system. We finally got it in with the alert active & Kyle fit us right in! This is not how you usually do things, but because we’ve been trying to catch it for a year this was the best scenario. Kyle and the rest of the staff were excellent, doing the repair in just over an hour. Vehicle is driving great and no further problems with the parking brake or cruise control. Thank you!!!
