I had a wonderful experience at Karl Malone Ford. My service advisor. Alex was prepared and very helpful with my needs. They got my truck in and out as I waited at the facility. While waiting, I met other employees at Karl Malone and all were quite friendly and helpful. Finally a very positive experience at a dealership! Keep up the good work and communication.

A recent service experience for my F-250 was pretty good. Flexibility in the appointment was great. Would have liked more explanation and feedback on the truck overall condition at checkout Parking in their lot was kind of ridiculous.

I took my truck in for service, and they found an issue. I called Ford Protect to see if it was covered under my extended warranty and was told it was. But when the service department tried to start the warranty process the computer showed it was not covered. Roberto and Alex called Ford Protect, resolved the problem and got approval for the repair. Many Thanks to Roberto and Alex for going the extra mile.

Given how competitive the car business has gotten, often the attitude and aptitude of the salesman is the determining factor in where you purchase your vehicle. Trevor Feldkirschet went the extra mile for me and my wife in tracking down our desired vehicle, getting the car on the lot quickly from a distant location, and then working with us to find a fair price.
