Karl Malone Park City has amazing customer service. We had a problem while on vacation and they were able to get my car in right away. They even gave us and our gear a ride to the ski mountain! When I had further problems (no fault of theirs), they continued to follow up and make sure the issue was addressed with my Karl Malone back home.

Dillon Tran is absolutely wonderful to work with and I'm very happy that he was able to help me get my new truck with such ease. Dillon and Dre made the process of negotiation and paperwork hassle free and I couldn't have asked for a better experience when buying a new car. There was zero pressure to buy and that just makes for a better experience all together. If you are looking for a new truck, give Dillon a call. You will not be disappointed.

Purchased a vehicle from Karl Malone in Park City. Forgot to get all of the paperwork. Tried going through another person no luck. Contacted Liz and within 10 minutes she sent me the paperwork and overnighted my registration paperwork. She was able to turn a stressful/ frustrating experience into a good one in a matter of minutes. If you go to this dealership and need help ask for Liz she’s amazing!!! Karl Malone Park City please recognize Liz because she turned what was going to be a one star review into five.
