I recently used the service department for the second time. I've had a lot serviced at a lot of dealerships (Porsche, Mercedes, Lincoln, Land Rover, etc.), and really want to commend this dealer for their level of service. It truly was much better than what I typically have experienced at a Ford Dealer. Their service was at the level of much more expensive dealerships. Lucy was my service advisor. She made an appointment for the day after I called, and also had the vehicle picked up, serviced, and delivered back to my house. She made this a great experience. I had a unique issue that was created by a third party tire shop. They diagnosed and resolved it quickly. Outstanding job!! Thank you!!

We had a major power outage in our Ford Expedition while visiting Park City for the day. Park City Towing dropped our immobile SUV at Karl Malone Ford in Park City. We were anticipating multiple days before the service techs could get to our repairs. But service representative Kyle was a superstar, analyzing the problem and finding a new throttle body in their inventory. Two mechanics tore into the job and we were back on the road in a little over an hour. Totally exceeded our expectations and we were charged less than we anticipated. The service staff at KM Ford Park City is the best.

Karl Malone, the best customer service, but also the best services, while passing through I had car problems, the first time I went to BURT BROTHERS, which left me with a bitter taste, the office employees have very poor experience in talking to customers.... poor bad
