Everyone was friendly. Everything felt honest, up front and open. It didn't feel like a tense fight to get the deal done.
5 out of 5, showed up just shopping around for a car and I met Dre, who answered every single question I had and showed me the cars I wanted to look at not the ones they wanted to just sell. Excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend anyone to visit Dre at this location.
Service department was quick to answer my request and get me in for a warranty issue. Unfortunately, the parts I need are on backorder, not really their fault.

Ford service has been solid for the 6 years I've been a customer. Kyle is a straight-shooter, always has advice on repair/maintenance options. I'll keep coming back as long as they're keeping it real.

The staff at Karl Malone Park City was professional and patient as my wife and I selected our new truck. There was no pressure. They voluntarily shared financial data on all vehicles we were looking at. We knew their overhead costs. The transaction was fair and honest and I will purchase from them again.
