I hate spending long times in a dealership and will immediately purchase from one that makes the sales process easy and quick. I worked with Ryan and he treated me great once I arrived as well. I'd buy from them again if I'm in the market for a vehcile.

Trevor was an absolute pleasure to do business with. He was prompt, sincere, responsive, respectful, and most importantly - he cares. This was my first time dealing with this dealership from out of State. Trevor helped me from deal negotiation (very fair and fast), verifying the vehicle condition (for the peace of mind), and coordinating with a reputable shipper (ease of transaction.) I will definitely do business with Trevor again, even from out of State. Highly recommend it.

Recently, I had my 2022 Ford Bronco Badlands in for a damaged front differential. Lucy went above and beyond to explore all of the options with me, especially since a warranty claim was off the table. If I had a question she couldn’t immediately answer, she made the effort to track it down—something I really appreciated. In the end, I chose to replace the differential myself with an aftermarket unit, but I had Lucy’s team take care of some general maintenance before bringing it home to finish the job. I’m a GM guy who ended up with a Ford because the Bronco was just too cool to pass up. After trying dealerships in Tooele and West Valley, I’ve finally found my go-to Ford dealer. Had a great experience purchasing a vehicle here. I’m from CO so this purchase started over the phone with Matty. Obviously I had quite a few questions about the pre-owned vehicle I was looking at and Matty took care of everything in an expedited manner. Pics of the vehicle, taking it to the service department to address an issue and driving it before getting back to me! Now that’s customer service! No pressure, no hassle and a fair deal on my trade. That’s why I drove 500 miles to get the car! Thanks Matty and Junior for a smooth and simple transaction!

I definitely recommend this dealership!! Marcus Johnson was my salesman and he was outstanding!! From the very beginning he was honest and upfront with answers and solutions for finding the particular vehicle I was looking for. I felt that some other dealers I had spoken to were just telling me what they thought I wanted to hear and I had one in particular that made some promises that were actually false! There were no shenanigans or stretched truths from Marcus or Karl Malone Ford. If you are looking for an honest salesman and a dealer willing to help you get what you’re looking for, you should absolutely give them a chance to make you another satisfied customer! I plan to recommend them to friends and family looking for a pleasant buying experience on a new Ford!!!

Marcus scoured the western US to find a F-150 Lightning for me. His efforts came through and I love my new truck! He took time giving my wife and I a tutorial on how to access and use all the features in the truck. Great experience and highly recommend!
