I took my truck in for service, and they found an issue. I called Ford Protect to see if it was covered under my extended warranty and was told it was. But when the service department tried to start the warranty process the computer showed it was not covered. Roberto and Alex called Ford Protect, resolved the problem and got approval for the repair. Many Thanks to Roberto and Alex for going the extra mile.

They have a wonderful and kind service department. I had some Ford pass points that were expired and they got those reinstated for me. They never try and upsell you on unnecessary services and I really appreciate how quick and convenient their services are.
