I have been in this business for over 20 years so I've seen it all. Unfortunately for the most part the Auto Industry especially in the way of sales has earned its bad reputation. Every once in a while I'll stumble across a dealership that is kind, considerate, thorough and that follows through on their commitments. Karl Malone Park City Ford is a rare one. Great people, they team up and are efficient and great at what they do. Even after the point of sale Liz was so good at communicating the funding process with the lender. They are one of the good ones. I highly recommend.
