They have a wonderful and kind service department. I had some Ford pass points that were expired and they got those reinstated for me. They never try and upsell you on unnecessary services and I really appreciate how quick and convenient their services are.

Fantastic experience at Karl Malone Ford in Park City. We purchased a used GMC truck, we did all the leg work from home in Boise, made the 5 hour drive down to Park City to find the sales associate Mark Egnew had literally every ready to go. The truck was exactly as described, the finance paperwork was ready to sign, Mark handled every detail. What a fantastic car buying experience. I will recommend Karl Malone Ford to everyone. I already have two friends reaching out to Mark to make their next truck purchase.

Sales department was great to deal with and were happy to work with OTD price instead of messing around with a monthly payment number - George was a delight. Service department is fast and priced fairly. Finance department is about what you’d expect at a volume dealership.
